Frequently Asked Questions
What does an estate sale include?
An estate sale is a structured process used to sell personal property due to life changes such as downsizing, relocation, divorce, financial transition, or the passing of a loved one. Items typically include furniture, antiques, collectibles, tools, jewelry, equipment, vehicles, and household goods.
Do you only handle personal property sales?
No. In addition to estate contents, we can assist with selling homes, land, and commercial properties through trusted real estate professionals. Estate sales can be coordinated with property listings to improve presentation and buyer interest.
How do I get started?
Contact us at (385) 895-2005 or email UtahCountyEstateSales@gmail.com. We’ll schedule a free consultation, evaluate your estate, and outline the next steps. No upfront payment is required.

What types of assets can you sell?
We handle nearly all estate assets including furniture, antiques, collectibles, jewelry, tools, equipment, vehicles, trailers, boats, and even real estate-related assets.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is based on current market trends, comparable sales, condition, rarity, and demand. For specialty or high-value items, professional evaluations may be used when appropriate.
Do I need to prepare the home beforehand?
We recommend removing personal items you wish to keep. Our team handles staging, pricing, and organization. If you have minimum price requirements on certain items, you can note them, though final sale is not guaranteed.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards, Venmo, PayPal, and cash.
Do I need to be present during the sale?
No. Our team manages the entire process, allowing you to step away while we handle everything.
